Dr. Urtnasa Norov received his tertiary education at the State Pedagogical University in Moscow (1972-1977) and later graduated with a doctoral degree from the Academy of Social Science in Moscow (1984-1987). He served as Director General of the Culture and Art Department in the Ministry of Culture of Mongolia (1993-1997), served in the Department of External Cooperation (1997-2001), and held the title of Secretary General of the National Commission for UNESCO (2001-2011). His research fields include culture, cultural heritage, civilization, and so on. He is currently serving as President of the Mongolian National Committee for the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS).

Prof. Mónica GUARIGLIO. Lawyer, Faculty of Law, University of Buenos Aires. Coordinator of the Plural Council of the Network of Academic Cooperation in Intangible Cultural Heritage of Latin America and the Caribbean (ReCAPCILAC). Professor at the National University of Avellaneda, holder of the chair "Cultural diversity and social inclusion" and project leader of the UNESCO Chair "Cultural diversity, creativity and cultural policies".  Advisor to the Undersecretariat of Cultures of the city of Quilmes, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Former National Director of Cultural Policy and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Culture of Argentina and former General Director of Museums at the Ministry of Culture of the Government of the city of Buenos Aires. Representing Argentina, Prof. Guariglio was a member and acted as focal point of the Intergovernmental Committee of the Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions (2005).

Nikhil Joshi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Architecture at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Educated at the University of Pune (India), University of York (UK) and National University of Singapore (Singapore). His research interests include cultural heritage management; traditional building materials and techniques; and community participatory approaches. Before joining NUS, Nikhil worked and taught in India, UK, and Malaysia for over a decade. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, UK, and recipient of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings – Lethaby Scholarship, UK. He has been an active speaker in various conferences throughout the world and has several publications to his name.
