Dr. Keneshbek Almakuchukov
Keneshbek Almakuchukov is a researcher at the National History Museum of the Kyrgyz Republic. He is a Doctor of Economics (economics of culture). The topic of his doctoral dissertation was dedicated to “Marketing management in the sphere of culture”.\nDr. Almakuchukov has published a total of 36 scientific papers, including 7 monographs, and 3 textbooks.\n\nHe is also the head of the Public Foundation "Central Asia - Arts Management" which implements projects to support and develop bio-cultural diversity in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia. His Foundation is well know for the organization of annual International Jazz Festivals since 2006 in Bishkek, the capital city of Kyrgyzstan. In total, the foundation has organized about 17 International Jazz Festivals. \n\nIn 2021, Dr. Almakuchukov was in charge of the First Biennial (Forum) of Cultural Initiatives. The Biennale included an exhibition of the results of projects of 20 public organizations in the socio-cultural sphere, more than 20 creative events (master classes, performances, etc.), as well as a business program (panel sessions, open lectures, etc.).\n\nCurrently, he is engaged in museum activities and continues his research of cultural heritage-related topics. \n

Prof. Mónica GUARIGLIO. Lawyer, Faculty of Law, University of Buenos Aires. Coordinator of the Plural Council of the Network of Academic Cooperation in Intangible Cultural Heritage of Latin America and the Caribbean (ReCAPCILAC). Professor at the National University of Avellaneda, holder of the chair "Cultural diversity and social inclusion" and project leader of the UNESCO Chair "Cultural diversity, creativity and cultural policies". Advisor to the Undersecretariat of Cultures of the city of Quilmes, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Former National Director of Cultural Policy and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Culture of Argentina and former General Director of Museums at the Ministry of Culture of the Government of the city of Buenos Aires. Representing Argentina, Prof. Guariglio was a member and acted as focal point of the Intergovernmental Committee of the Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions (2005).

Finnish Folk Music Institute
\nThe Finnish Folk Music Institute Is a Centre for the Research and Presentation of Finnish Folk Music and Dance. Its premises are in the Folk Art Centre at Kaustinen, Central Ostrobothnia. The extensive archive and reference library are accessible for any user. The material consists of audio and video recordings, photos, literature and a newspaper clipping collection of over 100 000 pieces.\nThe Folk Music Institute is also a significant publisher: the album collection features archive collections as well as contemporary folk music, and the range of books consists of sheet music and scientific publication from the field of folk music and tradition.\nFinnish Folk Music Institute supports Finnish folk music and folk dance communities in safeguarding their intangible cultural heritage by: documenting living folk music and dance traditions; publishing recordings, books and notes on Finnish folk music, educating children in folk music and ICH; educating academic folk music students, advancing research of folk music and dance; participating in organizing the biggest folk music and dance festival in Finland; networking nationally and internationally with other folk music and heritage organizations; and promoting the interests of folk music and ICH in national cultural politic.

The Children are Painting the World
The Children are Painting the World Social Fund was opened in January 2016 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The main activities of the Fund are to support the creativity and innovation of children and youth; support community involvement in social, cultural, and creative activities; and popularize the achievements of art, culture, intangible, and tangible heritage.

National Museum of Bhutan (NMB)
In 1968, the National Museum of Bhutan was established in the renovated Paro Ta-dzong (lookout fortress) following the Royal command of the third King His Majesty Jigme Dorji Wangchuck. The National Museum was opened to public with modest collection, most of which were donated by the Royal family. Over time, the collection expanded and today the museum has close to 3000 artifacts of cultural and historical significance. The core objective of the museum is to collect, document, conserve, showcase and interpret artifacts. The museum carries out exhaustive research on these artifacts as historical evidence to substantiate tales. It holds colloquiums, symposiums and special exhibitions to make learning more interactive particularly to attract school going children and youth in general. The museum also takes exhibition abroad in collaboration with the host countries. Interested individual can either donate or sell their heirloom to the museum to be preserved for posterity.

PISHIN PAJOUH CULTURAL AND ART INSTITUTE
Pishin-Pajouh Cultural and Art Institute was established in 1997 by a group of archaeologists who were granted the needed certificates by the Iranian Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. As its objective, the Institute seeks to promote studies on Iran, especially from archaeological and anthropological viewpoints. The institute enjoys its position as being among the first NGOs of its type. It was established at a time when Iranian cultural heritage authorities were gradually starting cooperation with the private sector.\nPishin Pajouh participated in this exhibition following an invitation by Dr. Yadollah Parmoun, Director of the Linguistic Atlas of Iran National Project and the Director of the Tehran ICH Centre. At the event, Pishin Pajouh presented the Linguistic Atlas of Iran as well as other achievements of the country in the field of intangible cultural heritage, including its inscriptions on UNESCO Lists.
