Mrs. Ly Le Thi Minh is the Vice President of the Cutural Heritage Association of Viet Nam since 2020. She is member of the National Committee for Cultural Heritage since 2009. She was the member of Intergovermental Committee of UNESCO Convention 2003 (2006-2010). Her major is the Cultural Studies and Museum Studies. She did her PhD in Viet Nam Institution for Research and Arts.

Mr. Keum Gi Hyung had been working as the Director-General of ICHCAP since January 2019 until December 2021. Before joining ICHCAP, he served as the Director-General of Tourism Policy Bureau from 2017 to 2018 and Public Communication Policy Bureau from 2016 to 2017 at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea. He also served as the Director of Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam from 2009 to 2012. He also worked as a Senior Programme Specialist at the UNESCO Bangkok Office from 2005 to 2007. His academic background is in media and communication with Master's degree in University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.

Since 2008, Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa has been a researcher of the Division of Cultural Policy and Management Studies at the Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts Studies (VICAS). She gained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in History from the Vietnam National University in Hanoi. In 2016, she obtained a PhD degree in Cultural Studies from Trent University in Canada.

Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation is under the directnadministration of Hoi An City People’s Committee. The Center was founded by Quang NamnProvincial People’s Committee at the request of the Hoi An City Chairperson and the Director ofnQuang Nam Province Department of Home Affairs.\nThe Center is responsible for administratively managing, researching, preserving, and promotingnthe values of Hoi An cultural heritage. The Center also jointly manages the Cu Lao Cham – Hoi AnnWorld Biosphere Reserve.

The Center for Scientific and Cultural Activities Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam belongs to the Hanoi CitynDepartment of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The Center has the mission of managing, preserving,nand organizing activities related to the national monument Temple of Literature and thenVietnamese ancient system of competitive examinations.

\nHue Royal Museum of Antiques was officially established in 1923 under the first name Musée KhainDinh. Long An Palace is the main displaying hall of the museum, which was built in 1845 under thenreign of emperor Thieu Tri (1841-1847). Due to various values of history, culture, and fine arts,nLong An Palace is among the Complex of Hue Monuments, the World Cultural Heritage. Hue RoyalnAntiquities Museum is a member of International Council of Museums (ICOM).\nThe museum collections reflect the social, ritual, political, and spiritual life of the aristocracy undernthe Nguyen dynasty viewed from collections of royal costumes, porcelains, furniture, daily-lifenfacilities, ritual items, etc. made of different materials: gold, silver, bronze, bone, ivory, enamelednbronze-wares, ceramics, wood, papers, and so on. In particular, the museum also houses the Sectionnof Champa antiques established in 1927 to introduce typical Champa sculptures that reflect thenspecial position of Champa culture in the establishment and development of Hue culture over thencenturies.

\nFormed in 1994, the Hue Traditional Royal Theatre of Arts functions under the authority of HuếnMonuments Conservation Centre. It works to preserve and promote genres of royal arts, such asnNhã nhạc Court Music, Royal dance and Tuồng court opera. More than 150 artists andninstrumentalists who received professional training are working for the theatre. In addition, thentheatreworks in collaboration with researchers, master artists, instrumentalists, and reputablenexperts in the field such as Professor Trần văn Khê, Professor Tô Ngọc Thanh, Professor Hoàng ChâunKý, Meritorious Artist Trần Kích, and master instrumentalist Lữ Hữu Thi. Many years since itsninception, the theatre has collected, restored, and performed about 40 pieces of ritual music, plentynroyal dances, and excerpts of Tuồng, contributing to the safeguarding of important values ofnVietnamese traditional performing arts. The Theatre has also participated in art festivals in thencountry and overseas, receiving appreciations from the audiences.
