Bình sa lạc nhạn consists of three sections, thirty-seven eight-bar phrases and is one of the four popular Oán Ngoại pieces of Đờn ca tài tử music. This musical piece was written based on the story about Ms. Chiêu Quân, who was brought to the Hồ country as a tribute. To express the feeling of missing her husband and country, she played this musical piece.
